NovaChange

NovaChange is our intensive 4-day training program that equips your leaders and key employees to drive change with clarity, confidence and success. The program combines practical and theoretical change management, emotional intelligence, neuroscience and human-centered leadership, enabling participants to understand and handle resistance, create engagement and motivation, and guide teams through complexity.

The target group includes leaders, project managers, HR partners and emerging talent, who are leading, or will be leading, organizational changes. After completing the program, they walk away certified Change Pilots, which will provide them with a complete change management toolbox, consisting of proven methodology, concrete tools, stronger communication skills and a deeper understanding of human behavior during change.​
