What is NovaChange?
NovaChange is Novaro’s flagship change management program designed to help organizations and leaders succeed with their transformations - every time, and not just on paper, but in practice.
It is an intensive, applied learning journey where participants are trained as Certified Change Pilots. Through evidence-based methods, practical tools and a strong foundation in emotional intelligence (EQ), NovaChange equips leaders with the skills needed to navigate the complexity of change, lead people through uncertainty and turn change into measurable and sustainable business results.

NovaChange Program - Details
Duration: 4 days (over a period of 4-5 weeks)
Place: Copenhagen
Catering: Breakfast, lunch, afternoon refreshments (cake and fruit) and unlimited coffee, tea and water are provided throughout all training days.
Program structure
NovaChange is a 4 day intensive program, delivered over 4 weeks
(one full training day per week).
Each day combines:

Group exercises and workshops

Reflection and peer dialogue

Work on the participant’s own real-life change case
Module 1: Change as a Human Discipline
Foundations of change management, why change fails, and how people respond to change.
Module 2: Leading Change from Start to Finish
Planning, stakeholder analysis, involvement strategies, and change communication.
Module 3: Resistance, Emotions, and EQ in Change
Understanding resistance, emotional reactions, and how to lead through uncertainty.
Module 4: The Change Pilot in Practice
Integrating tools, applying learning to real cases, and strengthening personal change leadership.
Certification and case work
The program concludes with a practical case assignment, where participants demonstrate:

Ability to use tools and methods in a real context

Awareness of the human and emotional dynamics of change
This ensures that certification is competence-based, not theoretical.
Upon successful completion, participants are certified as:

Preparation and materials

Preparation material is sent 14 days before program start

Expected preparation time: 2–3 hours per module

Total preparation time (4 modules): approx. 12 hours

Participants receive both digital and physical course materials on the first day of the course
